Refund Policy

Ron is $39, one time. The promise is simple: if your report doesn't deliver, you don't pay for it.

When you get a full refund

• —The report failed to generate or came back empty.
• —Something broke — wrong site identified, no relevant queries, garbled output.
• —You read the full report and genuinely got nothing useful out of it.

How to get one

Just reply to your Ron report email, or write to ron@researchwithron.com, within 14 days of your purchase. Tell us the domain you audited. No forms, no hoops — we'll process the refund to your original payment method through Stripe. Refunds typically land in 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

The fine print on the fine print

Because the report is a one-time digital product that costs us real money to generate (we run 36 grounded model queries per audit), we can't offer refunds simply because the findings weren't what you hoped — a low visibility score is still a valid, useful result. But if the product itself didn't do its job, that's on us, and we'll make it right. When in doubt, email us — we're liberal about this.
